Additionally, as an alumnus of Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with my alma mater. BZU has a rich legacy of academic excellence and nurturing bright minds. Together, we aim to create a dynamic ecosystem that nurtures entrepreneurial spirit and empowers emerging tech talents. Partnership with Regional Plan 9 and esteemed institutions like BZU Multan underscores our dedication to leveraging expertise, resources, and knowledge-sharing for the collective benefit of Startup community of Multan which aspires to harness the power of technology to address societal challenges, drive economic growth, and cultivate a thriving tech landscape in the region to enable sustainable development.

Regional Plan9, a visionary project born from the dynamic collaboration between the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, blazing onto the scene in June 2021. This remarkable venture has already begun shaping the future with its technology incubation center nestled within the Office of Research Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) at BZU Multan. Its mission is crystal clear to ignite innovation, cultivate a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem, and uplift the local economy.

What sets Regional Plan9 apart from its contemporaries is the project policy of following zero equity model, we don't stake a claim in the equity of the startups we nurture. Instead, we invest in their success by providing an array of unparalleled benefits. This offers our inducted startups a generous stipend, state-of-the-art workspace facilities, free in-house legal consultation and assistance, specialized mentoring programs, and assist them in establishing a strong brand identity for the startup in their communities where they can expand within the industry.
Regional Plan9 core strength lies in the collaborative efforts of Highly Skillful and professional Team under the visionary supervision of Director ORIC, ensuring that innovation thrives within our ecosystem. Their individual contributions are integral to the success of our startups and the center as a whole.

The Center has been on an exciting and productive journey since its inception. We are proud to announce that Regional Plan9 has successfully completed four cohorts of startups. A testament to our commitment to fostering innovation, a total of 40 startups have graduated from this program. These graduates have gone on to make significant contributions to the tech industry, creating jobs and innovative solutions that impact various sectors of the economy.
